Lozae Designs provides interior design consultancy and related services. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed upon in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials produced by Lozae Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered design materials for their intended purpose.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their space, preferences, and budget. Lozae Designs is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. A deposit is typically required before work commences. Lozae Designs reserves the right to pause work on any project where payment is overdue.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lozae Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
